In April 2023, SUDA Laser’s global service team visited several of our long-standing clients in Vietnam to provide support and conduct routine maintenance on the laser cutting and CNC router machines they have been using for years. These visits reinforced our commitment to delivering reliable service and ensuring customer satisfaction, no matter where in the world our machines are. 

A Long-standing Partnership: 2016 and Beyond 

One of the highlights of our visit was meeting a customer who purchased their very first SUDA laser cutting machine back in 2016. As we walked into their workshop, we were greeted with a sense of pride. “This machine has been working tirelessly for us for seven years now,” said the workshop manager with a big smile. Since that first purchase, their trust in SUDA has only grown, and today they own four SUDA machines. It’s a testament to the durability and reliability of our products. 

During our visit, the client shared some anecdotes about how the machine had helped them complete several large-scale projects. “Whenever we encountered any issue, your support team was just a call away,” the manager added. Our team made sure the machines were working smoothly and even gave a few tips on optimizing their performance further. We left knowing that our partnership with this client was as strong as ever. 

The Cutting Edge: SUDA’s 2019 Fiber Laser Machine 

Next on our journey was a visit to a customer who had purchased one of our state-of-the-art fiber laser cutting machines in 2019. This machine has revolutionized their production process, allowing them to complete intricate cuts with high precision. The client mentioned how this fiber laser had opened new avenues for their business, enabling them to tackle more complex designs and enter new markets. 

As we conducted a routine check on the machine, the client expressed their satisfaction with SUDA’s after-sales service. “Whenever we needed technical support, your team was always responsive, which is crucial for keeping our production lines running,” they remarked. It’s feedback like this that drives us to continue delivering exceptional service globally. 

High-End Woodworking: A Five-Year Success Story 

Our final stop was at a workshop using one of our high-end woodworking CNC routers. This machine, purchased in 2018, had been in operation for five years, and the client was thrilled with its performance. They shared that the precision and efficiency of the machine allowed them to meet growing customer demands and maintain the quality that their brand is known for. 

One of the interesting stories shared during this visit was about a local artisan project they completed using the SUDA CNC router. “We had a client who needed a custom design with incredibly detailed woodwork. Your machine handled it perfectly,” the workshop owner said, showing us photos of the final product. We could feel their excitement and pride in the work, and it was rewarding to see how our technology had contributed to their success.
